Coach accounts are $10/month after a 14-day free trial — one flat fee covering unlimited families, players, and games. Parent accounts are always 100% free. No setup fees, no per-player fees, cancel anytime.
Do parents pay HoopHero or pay me directly?
Parents pay you directly through whatever method you choose to accept — Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, cash, or check. HoopHero just helps you track who paid and when. We never touch the money or take a cut.
What happens after my 14-day free trial?
If you subscribe, $10/month keeps your account active and everything carries on. If you don't subscribe, your account pauses but your data isn't deleted — you can come back later and pick up where you left off.
How do parents join my program?
When you create a program, you get a unique join link to share with parents — text it, email it, drop it in your team group chat. Parents click the link, register a free account in under a minute, and add their kids to your roster.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Settings page in two clicks. You keep access through the end of the current billing period, then your card stops being charged. No cancellation fees and no save-the-customer phone calls.
Is my players’ personal info safe? (We have kids under 13)
Yes. HoopHero is built with security best practices — HTTPS everywhere, hashed passwords, JWT sessions, brute-force rate limiting, and continuous error monitoring. Youth player data is handled with extra care under COPPA: parents always control their child’s profile and can request deletion at any time.
Does HoopHero work on phones?

Can I use HoopHero for more than one team or program?
